Clear, credible design for complex organizations.

I help government, multilateral, and public‑sector teams turn dense, technical, or high‑stakes material into work that's clear, credible, and ready to present. One senior designer, from first brief to final file — at home inside long review cycles, brand rules, and tight deadlines.

The company is new.
The experience behind it isn't.

For more than 25 years I've designed for some of the world's most demanding organizations — where accuracy, brand discipline, and clarity aren't optional. That work is the foundation IGRAPHI is built on.

Straightforward to work with.

Working inside a large organization takes more than design skill — it takes clear scopes, compliant quotes, responsive communication, and someone who understands how procurement and review actually work.

  • Fixed‑price options — a written quote up front, no surprises. Design Rescue is a flat $750; larger projects are typically 50% to begin, 50% on delivery.
  • RFQ / RFP support — quotes, technical and financial proposals, and vendor documentation aligned to your process.
  • Retainers that fit procurement rules — monthly or project‑based design direction that scales up or down.
  • Built for complex review — comfortable with multiple reviewers, long feedback cycles, brand standards, and multilingual audiences.
  • Easy vendor onboarding — supplier forms, questionnaires, and documentation completed on request.

Vladimir is the best creative person I have encountered in my years of working in marketing campaigns. The originality of his designs is one of his best assets. He works well even under short deadlines.

— Rita Moreno · The Media Network

His ability to visualize and put into design what is in the mind of clients, supervisors, and peers is amazing.

Let's start a conversation.

Many good working relationships start with one small, well‑run project.

We understand how
institutions get work done.

Working with a large organization takes more than creative skill. It takes clear documentation, responsive communication, structured scopes, compliant quotes, and someone who understands how procurement teams work. IGRAPHI is set up for exactly that.

SAM.gov registered
and ready to contract.

IGRAPHI LLC is registered and active in SAM.gov (UEI NWWCZLGALFX6 · CAGE 22FR8 · NAICS 541430) as a Small Business.

We adapt to your
procurement process.

  • Direct Quote / RFQ — a written quote based on scope, complexity, timeline, and required outputs.
  • RFP or Formal Proposal — a technical and financial proposal aligned with your instructions and submission format.
  • Vendor / Supplier Registration — supplier forms, questionnaires, and onboarding documentation completed on request.
  • Retainer or Advisory Support — monthly, project-based, or piece-by-piece, depending on your procurement rules.

Vendor documentation
available on request.

Confidential documents aren't published here — they're shared directly with authorized procurement, finance, legal, or contracting staff as needed.

  • Legal business name & LLC documentation
  • SAM.gov registration (UEI & CAGE)
  • Capability statement
  • Tax documentation, as applicable
  • Quote or fixed-fee estimate
  • Scope of work & timeline
  • Invoice & secure payment details
  • Insurance or compliance info, if required

Designed for complex
review environments.

iGraphi LLC supports work that must align with brand standards, simplify technical content, and speak clearly to global or multilingual audiences.

  • Experienced with international development and public-sector communication
  • Comfortable with technical reports and policy narratives
  • Built for multiple reviewers and long feedback cycles
  • Focused on practical delivery, not just visual styling

What helps us
scope faster.

A clear brief helps me respond faster and confirm scope accurately.

  • Project type & what you need delivered
  • Draft content or source files
  • Format & submission requirements
  • Brand guidelines
  • Timeline or deadline
  • Budget range & procurement path, if known
"The brief describes the need. The files reveal the real complexity."

Payment & Engagement Terms

IGRAPHI works with clients through clear, project-based agreements, fixed-fee services, and ongoing support arrangements.

Design Rescue

The fee is $750 paid in full before work begins. Clients submit their brief and files first. After review, I confirm that the project fits the Design Rescue scope, send a secure payment link, and provide the timeline.

Custom Projects

Payment is typically split into 50% to begin and 50% before final delivery.

Ongoing Monthly Support

Retainer options are available based on the level of support needed.

For organizations with formal procurement requirements, I can provide the information needed for vendor setup, purchase orders, contracts, or invoice processing.
